Your role: Disability Support Worker – Allambie Hub Imagine being the person who helps turn ordinary days into extraordinary ones. As a Support Worker at our Allambie Hub, you’ll be part adventurer, part cheerleader, part life coach—and all heart. What you’ll be doing Supporting clients to build independence and learn new skills Creating opportunities for fun, community, and connection Providing personal care and mealtime assistance with kindness and respect Supporting clients with behaviour plans and daily routines Helping out with transport and keeping records up to date Who you are A people person who brings positivity and patience every day Comfortable supporting with personal care and behaviour plans Flexible and resilient, with great communication skills NDIS Worker Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain) A driver’s licence is a must Why Sunnyfield?
