The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and protective finishes Perform colour matching and blending for repairs Operate spray-painting equipment and tools safely and efficiently Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain equipment and work areas in clean and safe condition Requirements Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology (or equivalent) Proven experience as a Vehicle Painter or Spray Painter Strong knowledge of paint types, application techniques, and colour matching Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Current driver’s licence preferred
