The Data Sub-Owner holds end-to-end accountability for the quality, completeness, and readiness of data within a defined SAP S/4HANA object or attribute. They define and validate business rules, review cleansed data, and serve as the escalation point for any object- or field-specific data issues. P2I team is planning to request one Data Sub-Owner for each of the identified key SAP data objects (e.g. Manufacturing routing, Purchasing info record, Manufacturing work centre…etc). Key Accountabilities: Coordinate and execute value mapping, harmonisation, and cleansing activities. Oversee the construction of new data objects or fields for loading into SAP. Lead pre- and post-load validations and reconciliation tasks during test cycles. Provide final sign-off on data migration for assigned data objects or fields. Resolve or escalate data issues in collaboration with other Data SMEs, Amplify stakeholders, and the Data Lead/Owner responsible for the assigned object or attribute. Experience and Skillset Required: 7 years of experience in ERP systems or GSC operations, including process and/or data ownership roles In-depth understanding of master and transactional data within their business function Familiarity with ERP system data structures and migration methodologies Strong decision-making skills and stakeholder management abilities Competence with data validation tools and reconciliation reporting If you feel that you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role and take on new challenges to build your career with Cochlear, please start your application by clicking the apply button below.
