Role details The Security Services at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for an Access Administration Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. Your opportunity To provide and undertake a diverse range of confidential administrative activities to support Security and Support Services. To develop, organise and manage office systems and structures concerning Security and Support Services. Ensure a safe and secure environment is maintained for staff and consumers at Mackay Base Hospital by providing incident response, proactive Security functions and enforcement of Mackay Hospital and Health Service policy and directives. This position will also be required to work with and provide support and advice to the Manager of Security Services. About the Team MHHS Security Services comprises of a Healthcare Security Officer Service, Occupational Violence Prevention Service, Care Support Officer Service, Access Administration Service and Fire Safety Advisor Service. These facets of Security Services work supportively of each other, are committed to sustainable service delivery, adherence to the health service's core values and work in unison to achieve a common goal of protecting MHHS' people and assets and providing a safe environment for the delivery of healthcare.
