Description Develop and deliver strategic, integrated marketing plans to meet brand and commercial targets Collaborate with product, commercial and delivery teams to meet shared goals Guide and mentor a Marketing Coordinator, supporting their growth and development Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and insights Manage on-site event marketing activities, activations, and content capture Ensure alignment of messaging across all touchpoints including brand, website, and collateral Oversee budget planning, forecasting and reporting to deliver strong ROI Manage external agencies and media partners to support campaign execution Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, digital, content, and PR Drive customer acquisition and retention through audience segmentation and data insights Skills And Experiences Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience, ideally in B2B and/or event marketing Proven track record in launching events or products into market Strong experience in data acquisition and retention strategies Proven track record in campaign execution and delivering commercial outcomes At least 2 years of people or team leadership experience Strong digital marketing skills across SEO, SEM, paid social, email and analytics Experience using platforms such as Salesforce Account Engagement, WordPress, Asana and Google Analytics Outstanding copywriting and content development abilities High-level stakeholder and project management capabilities Strong budget management and reporting skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline (preferred) Ready to lead bold, results-driven marketing for some of the most exciting B2B events in the country?
