We're looking for a Business Analyst who brings deep experience in process improvement, vendor engagement, budget management and data-driven decision making. Key responsibilities will include: Drive the requirements gathering process for the Workday implementation across HR, Finance and related functionsAnalyse and improve end-to-end business processes to support future-state operating modelsCollaborate with key stakeholders to document current state and define future state processesSupport the evaluation and selection of third-party vendors and systems integratorsMonitor and track budget expenditure, providing insights and reporting as neededWork closely with data teams to ensure integrity and quality of data migration and reporting structuresCoordinate and support system testing activities, including developing test scenarios, validating functionality, and ensuring issues are tracked and resolved prior to go-liveAct as a liaison between business units, project teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery As the successful candidate, you will offer: Proven experience as a Business Analyst on a Workday implementationStrong understanding of process mapping, improvement methodologies and business case developmentExperience in vendor selection, commercial assessment and contract reviewSkilled in budget tracking and financial reporting within a project contextConfident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and facilitation skillsStrong data literacy - able to understand, interpret and contribute to data architecture and migration plansExposure to healthcare, or a similarly highly regulated sector is desirable In return, you will have the opportunity to work on a meaningful project within a values-driven organisation making a difference in people's lives.
