Description and Requirements We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Operations Specialist to become a key part of our EMEA PN Support team. In this role, you will be the expert advisor for Lenovo's warranty and service products, transforming customer needs into tailored, value-added solutions. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a service offer—from custom creation and proactive consultation to tracking and cross-functional collaboration—ensuring our customers receive the best possible support and maximizing service attachment rates. What You Will Do: Develop and create custom part numbers and tailored warranty service packages to meet specific customer and partner requirements. Actively consult with sales team on Lenovo Services products, analyzing customer needs to recommend the optimal warranty solutions and drive service attach rates. Prepare custom service offers based on customer-warranty entitlement, including upgrade options and pricing. Track, manage and monitor the status of custom part numbers from creation to sale and EOL. Collaborate with other Geo teams to support the Part Number enablement on a worldwide scale. Work closely with registration teams, supply chain team and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery, communicate new service offerings, and obtain necessary approvals. Qualifications & Skills: 3 years of experience in sales/sales-like environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data (e.g., serial numbers, usage reports) to generate insights and create compelling offers. Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to explain technical service concepts in a clear and persuasive manner. Highly organized, with a track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and tracking details through a full lifecycle. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a talent for identifying opportunities and anticipating customer needs. Experience with SAP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data processing and reporting).
