With steady leadership, reliable systems, and a culture built on care and respect, this is a place where you’ll feel valued and backed to do your best work every day Duties: Joining this incredible business, you will support two Strata Managers with a portfolio across Sydney, and after some time, step up to run the portfolio yourself as an independent Strata Manager. Upon joining will be responsible for, but not limited to: Provide comprehensive administrative support Daily contact with external stakeholders (contractors & committee members) Issue work orders and follow up with contractors Assist with preparing meeting agendas and minutes Maintain detailed records and documentation related to Strata schemes And eventually step up and take charge of your own portfolio! Requirements: We are looking for someone experienced, confident, and ready to take the next step in their career. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Have Previous experience in Strata Strata Certificate or License is essential!
