About the position: The 3PL Customer Support Administrator plays a key role in delivering outstanding service and streamlined admin support for our national 3PL operations. Working closely with partners, customers, distribution centres and delivery teams, you’ll ensure seamless communication and smooth planning across the network. Handle enquiries from 3PL partners, customers, transport, DCs and internal teams Manage delivery orders, stock movements and records in Navision ERP Schedule deliveries and coordinate redeliveries, changeovers and special requests Maintain accurate order, invoice and inventory records for audit compliance Liaise with teams to resolve returns/SROs and manage shipment capacities Communicate directly with 3PL carriers and support the bookings team Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve queries efficiently Apply critical thinking across multiple workflows and escalate issues when needed Shift details Permanent Full Time positions available Mon - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm, 8:00am - 4:00pm & 9:00am - 5:00pm available Based in Kemps Creek 2178 Parking onsite Competitive salary super Qualifications: 3 years’ experience in customer support or administration Strong data entry skills with a customer-first approach ERP system experience (Navision highly regarded) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Word, Excel, Email or Google Suite Strong time management and attention to detail Team player with the ability to work independently Experience in supply chain or distribution an advantage Why Join Us?
