Job Description Nine has an exciting opportunity for a Client Experience Executive to join our Powered team! Powered is Nine’s creative solutions team, built specifically to help brands grab hold of big marketing moments that are amplified through amazing content. The Client Experience team supports the national sales team to deliver a best in market experience for our commercial partners who are integrated into Nine’s TV, radio, digital & print content including Nine’s tentpole programming Married At First Sight, The Block, NRL and the Australian Open. Day to day you will: Work as an expert project manager to ensure you track & deliver large scale, cross platform client campaigns. You must be highly organised and capable of managing multiple teams and projects at different stages. Have a solid understanding of our client project objectives so each individual project is executed efficiently with great attention to detail. Be a problem-solver who can act quickly and effectively. You'll need to follow your instincts to anticipate and handle problems, and also to communicate them to clients. Responsible for relevant client communications, to effectively manage conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables. Stakeholder management and collaboration with multiple internal departments with the ability to develop collaborative working relationships. Operate effectively in a solutions based culture and demonstrate proactivity and collaboration at all times. Deliver collateral to demonstrate the effects of partnerships throughout active periods of campaigns as well as looking for opportunities to surprise and delight partners.
