About the Opportunity ICON is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in delivering medium-sized capital projects within the offshore oil and gas sector. In this role, you'll lead a portfolio of Brownfields offshore projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions. You'll also play a key role in shaping ICON's reputation as a trusted engineering and implementation partner for complex Brownfields work. Your strategic mindset, innovative approach, and ability to drive outcomes will be instrumental in our continued growth. About You You're a qualified Engineer with 10 years' experience in the oil and gas industry, including significant exposure to offshore Brownfields projects and client-facing delivery. You bring: Proven success managing multi-disciplinary Brownfields projects from concept to completion, including contract management, scheduling, and cost control. Experience delivering projects up to $50M, with a focus on fit-for-purpose, low-cost solutions. Strong knowledge of offshore topsides, with exposure to structural and transportation & installation scopes. Familiarity with Woodside projects (highly desirable). Deep understanding of industry standards and the ability to lead engineering teams through detailed design phases. Offshore site supervision experience (ideal but not essential). Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage risk effectively.
