Through our training arm, Bright Lilly College , we also deliver nationally recognised courses including First Aid and Certificate III in Individual Support, empowering the next generation of carers. We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across both our nursing agency and training organisation . Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to grow client bases for: Aged Care & Disability Nursing Agency (placement of casual and contract staff) Bright Lilly College training services (short courses, Certificate III, corporate/group training) Build and maintain relationships with aged care providers, community care organisations, and corporate training clients Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities Drive enrolments through community engagement, events, and marketing initiatives Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and service agreements Track KPIs, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning Represent Bright Lilly at industry forums, expos, and networking events About You Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management (healthcare, aged care, training, or related sectors preferred) Strong network within aged care, disability, or vocational training sectors is highly regarded Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work autonomously, meet targets, and think strategically Understanding of RTO compliance and/or aged care staffing models is an advantage Current WA Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings Why Join Bright Lilly Be part of an established, values-driven organisation passionate about quality care and education Competitive remuneration performance incentives Supportive, collaborative leadership team Opportunity to make a genuine impact on the growth of both a healthcare and training service
