Key responsibilities include: Supporting our head chef with preparation and delivery of service throughout the week Assist with estimating food and labour costs, maintenance of stock and ordering food supplies Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation discussing food preparation issues with head chef, managers, and kitchen and waiting staff Demonstrating efficient and hygienic cooking techniques Preparing and cooking food to set recipes, standards and presentation as required Displaying, enforcing and maintaining hygiene regulations Understanding allergies and ensuring use of appropriate cooking procedures Do you?
