Must be available to work evenings. We are a small service-oriented food business looking for a like-minded team member who is a reliable, great multitasker with the right attitude. The hourly rate is dependent on your skill and experience level. Job Requirements but not limited to: Manage service with exact cooking and order preparation specifications (cook-to-order menu of momo and salad). Experience and knowledge in making momo advantageous. Dough preparation and experience using pasta dough sheeting machine advantageous Food preparation, cleaning, inventory restocking. Able to communicate clearly and effectively. Must be fluent in English. Impeccable hygiene is a must. Must possess a minimum of 12 months experience as a cook/kitchen hand. Proven record of managing orders on time in a busy service commercial kitchen. Self-motivated and able to run service independently. Provide consistent, professional work and service with accuracy and efficiency. Must have working rights in Australia.
