This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis Purpose of Job and General duties As the Business Systems Analyst , you will play a key role within the ICT team and provide significant input into the design, development and on-going support of our business and operational applications stack. In addition, you will contribute to the delivery of business transformation initiatives working with cross-functional teams. As required, the successful candidate will also undertake activities such as: Evaluation and delivery of application changes and enhancements Actively review and promote improvements to systems related business processes Manage workload from applications related tickets within our Service Desk Deploy business systems, perform system testing and resolve bugs/issues Develop specifications and requirements for applications and software Contributes as an ICT project team member with business transformation initiatives Supports our internal users with general ICT technical requirements as needed Develop training guides and deliver training to users across the business on reporting platforms and ICT applications Required: Diploma/Degree Computer Science/Technology and/or Information Technology with at least three years experience. Demonstrated experience with specific software and computer languages including: o Office 365 application suite including advanced features of Sharepoint and Power Automate o Database management and data modelling (MS SQL & Oracle) Ability to project manage minor technical projects and business transformation initiatives Excellent communication skills and ability to work with disciplines outside of ICT Creative thinking, initiative and passion for innovation Team player who is flexible and adaptable Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, including cross-functional teams Desirable: Demonstrated experience with specific software and computer languages including: o ERP, including configuration and change control o Programming languages (C, PSQL, HTML, Javascript) o BI tools including Tableau or Power BI Demonstrated experience with application integration tools and strategies Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, SCADA and manufacturing floor communication protocols Experience with website integrations to business applications What REDARC offers: Modern state-of-the-art software & hardware development tools.
