With an initial focus on existing relationships (local and national agreements), your role will have you dealing with large multinationals through to successful SMEs that underpin the current resilient recruitment market. Your remit will be large, with no geographic or salary boundaries and roles to fill from day one. This is a position that will appeal to experienced Recruiters or Senior Consultants looking to progress as a leader and market expert in the sector of choice. You will be able to work more autonomously with an organisation that provides truly flexible working conditions and well above market earning potential. A background in external agency recruitment is essential. Candidates would ideally have 3 years' experience with strong billing background.
