As National Retail Manager, you’ll oversee boutique and department store locations across the country, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and an inspiring customer experience. You’ll be responsible for performance outcomes across the network while setting the tone for culture, service, and operational discipline. Lead and mentor Store Managers through ongoing coaching, guidance, and skills development Drive store performance, optimise wage efficiency, and reduce stock discrepancies Maintain high standards across all operational areas, including visual merchandising, OH&S, and inventory management Oversee daily operations across the store network to ensure consistent execution and performance Attract, hire, and onboard top talent to strengthen the team and business capability Foster effective relationships with internal stakeholders to influence decisions and outcomes Analyse business performance and implement strategies to support growth objectives Champion the brand’s values and represent the business with integrity and professionalism The Ideal Candidate: You are a polished yet approachable leader with significant multi-site experience. You thrive in balancing commercial results with people-focused leadership, and you understand that great retail is built on culture, consistency, and customer connection. You’ll Bring: Extensive experience (5 years) managing a network of 10 retail locations Experience across boutique, concession, and department store environments (highly desirable) Demonstrated track record of delivering results in fast-paced, KPI-focused retail settings Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on, coaching and mentoring approach Commercially savvy with the ability to influence, drive results, and optimise business performance Genuine passion for fashion retail and alignment with premium womenswear brands Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Skilled in visual merchandising with keen attention to operational detail Able to perform under pressure, effectively prioritise tasks, and manage time efficiently What’s In It For You?
