BENEFITS Based locally at Murtoa, Victoria Casual Management role averaging 20 hrs p/week Attractive hourly rate & penalties WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Create and oversee pool activities & events Enforce pool rules and OHS regulations Respond swiftly to on-site emergencies and provide first aid Train, supervise and support staff Co-ordinate rosters for all staff and volunteers Manage all administrative tasks - reporting, timesheets, marketing etc. IS THIS YOU? Lifeguard certification Strong swimming capacity and physically fit First Aid certificate Police check Working With Children's Check Casual work is anticipated to start mid November 2025.
