You'll be preparing accurate drawings and documentation, working closely with project managers and workshop teams to bring designs to life. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and confident in producing drawings ready for production and installation. Could also be open to experienced joiners looking to transition off the tools into a drafting role. Tasks & Responsibilities Produce shop drawings and detailed joinery documentation Liaise with project managers, designers, and workshop staff Prepare machine-ready drawings for production Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and codes Adapt and update drawings to suit site conditions Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Joinery Draftsperson (residential/commercial joinery) Proficiency in Cabinet Vision, Pytha, or CabMaster Strong technical knowledge of joinery construction methods High attention to detail and accuracy in drawings Full Australian working rights Benefits & Perks Competitive salary based on experience ($80K-$90K super) Supportive team environment with long-term security * Exposure to diverse, high-quality joinery projects About the company We are representing multiple reputable joinery companies located in Smeaton Grange and Condell Park.
