Their team, consisting of over 20 professionals, is experiencing significant growth, with plans to expand annual builds from 100 to 250-300 homes over the next few years. Due to this expansion, they are looking for an experienced ArchiCAD Draftsperson to join their team in a role that focusses on detailed technical production. The Role As an ArchiCAD Draftsperson , you will play a critical role in the technical aspects of residential design. The focus will be on production drafting , including preparation of DA, CDC, and CC documentation. Key Responsibilities: Work across various project types, including single and double storey, duplexes, customs. Prepare accurate, compliant DA, CDC, and CC documentation using ArchiCAD , adhering to local regulations and company standards. Collaborate effectively with external consultants, internal design team, Sales Staff and Estimators to ensure seamless project delivery. About You Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential drafting Proficiency in ArchiCAD Strong understanding of construction detailing , compliance, and relevant industry standards. In-depth knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) , local council regulations, and Australian standards. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address design challenges and site constraints. Ability to work independently while being a team player. Interested?
