We are looking for an experienced Cafe Allrounder who is highly skilled in latte art, confident under pressure, and willing to support both barista and front-of-house duties. Key Responsibilities Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and demonstrate consistent, advanced latte art skills. Confidently handle a busy coffee session independently, maintaining speed, quality, and consistency. Deliver outstanding customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food & drinks. Assist with general FOH duties such as table service, clearing, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy cafe environment. Work as part of a team while also being able to take initiative and work independently. Support daily cafe operations, including restocking, cleaning, and ensuring smooth service flow. Requirements Proven barista experience in a busy cafe environment. Strong and mature latte art skills – capable of consistent patterns (hearts, tulips, rosettas, etc. ). Ability to work independently during peak sessions with confidence and efficiency. Friendly and professional communication skills with both customers and team members. Willingness to contribute to FOH duties, not just coffee making. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team attitude. Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, and busy periods.
