About the role: Due to rapid growth and a strong pipeline of client projects, we are currently looking for a Solutions Architect to help lead the translation of business requirements and customer demand signals into viable technical and capability solutions to position Aurizn for complex program delivery excellence. With a background in improving technology stacks and capability development this varied role would see you take on a range of tasks including: - Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical solutions - Conduct research and analysis to ensure technical solutions are fit for purpose and meet business strategy - Develop various technical artefacts and present solutions to customers and internal stakeholders - Provide thought leadership, oversee technical teams and provide direction as required - Be responsive to support requirements from the Capability and Growth teams through technical deep dives, due diligence activities and providing technical solutions, oversight and reviews to business winning activities (proposal development, business development meetings, presentations, etc) About you: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline - Demonstrated experience working in the Defence Industry in a technical leadership role - Technical proficiency and in-depth knowledge of architectural principles and services, general software modelling, simulation design and integration - Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills Due to a requirement to be eligible for a NV1 security clearance, Australian Citizenship is required.
