Assist customers with product inquiries, service plans, and technical support as issues arise. Promote and sell a variety of telecommunications products, including mobile devices, internet plans, and accessories. Educate customers on new products, promotions, and services to enhance their experience. Process sales transactions, handle customer accounts, and troubleshoot service-related concerns. Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and competitor offerings. Ensure the store remains organized, visually appealing, and stocked with the latest products. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or telecommunications is preferred but not required.
