The Role The Production Coordinator is responsible for providing daily support across product, production, and technical functions, ensuring smooth execution throughout the entire product lifecycle. This role acts as a central communication between the Production team and external suppliers, coordinating all aspects of product and production from initial selection through to final shipment. The Production Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining timelines and ensuring styles are delivered on time and to specification What You’ll Do You’ll work with the Brand General Manager to deliver the following tasks. Critical Path Management Own Critical Path - Maintain and update production schedules in 3 Clicks , including fit approvals and sample tracking Upload fit comments and update the critical path with approval/rejection status Communicate fit feedback to suppliers and chase timing issues across the critical path Work closely with the Connor Production team to keep critical path alignment. Investigate and resolve product quality issues in the collaboration team Supplier & Product Development Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers Support the development of selected product categories Fit Process & Sample Management Arrange fit models and coordinate all fit sessions (initial range and ongoing) Fit and review all samples, including original, counter, and pre-production and shipment Manage all new styles from confirmed handover to approved pre-production samples Create size specifications if needed Packaging & Final Delivery Manage packaging requirements for shipment, including folding methods and presentation details (e.g., tissue paper, string ties) Ensure final shipment samples meet quality and presentation standards Upload product imagery into 3 Clicks for internal reference and supplier communication Who You Are You’re someone who thrives on challenges, takes pride in delivering outstanding work, and is always looking to raise the bar.
