The Role: We are seeking a Sales Administration Coordinator to support the Sales Manager and wider team. This role bridges the gap between sales and contracts, managing client communication and ensuring a smooth process through to building contract signing. Key responsibilities include: · Liaising with clients via phone and email once the sale is secured · Managing the process through to building contract signing, before handover to the customer service team · Supporting the Sales Manager with administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, event organisation, and report collation · Following up with sales consultants and pushing back where needed to ensure timelines are met · Updating and maintaining records in Onsite Companion & Salesforce About You: · Experience in a sales associate or client liaison role within the residential building sector, or strong customer-focused experience in a similar environment · Confident self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills · Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up effectively, and hold salespeople accountable · Strong administrative skills with attention to detail · Familiarity with Onsite Companion is highly desirable Why Join This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and supportive builder where you’ll play a key role in driving a seamless client experience.
