Description About You You’re a proactive IT professional with strong technical and customer service skills. You’re confident troubleshooting issues, managing assets, and contributing to continuous improvement, with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset. About the Role As the Information Services Support Officer, you’ll deliver high-quality frontline technical support and contribute to the smooth operation of IT systems across the organisation. Your role will include duties such as: Provide frontline helpdesk support for hardware/software issues across desktops, mobile devices, printers, and telephony Manage network and application accounts, including creation, modification, and access configuration Track workload and queue via JIRA ticketing system Collaborate with internal and external IT personnel to resolve complex issues Document procedures and solutions to common technical problems Procure, install, and configure desktop hardware and software, maintaining accurate asset records Skills And Experiences Knowledge, skills and experience To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a strong mix of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to excellent service. We’re looking for someone with: Proven experience providing helpdesk support in an IT environment Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and peripheral maintenance Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office applications, and email systems Basic knowledge of the maintenance requirements of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Virtual server environments, remote desktop Experience managing network accounts and directory access Ability to document procedures and troubleshoot common technical issues Education and Qualifications Completion of an accredited course in Information Technology Tertiary qualifications in IT (desirable) Training in Microsoft operating systems and applications (desirable) Training in cloud-based enterprise solutions such as Office 365 and Azure AD A current SA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check will be required before commencement We’re serious about safeguarding our clients.
