We are seeking an outstanding and strategic leader to join our Executive Team as Director of Business Operations. This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional eager to contribute to the continued growth of our College, while developing their own leadership journey in a dynamic and future-focused environment. About the Role The Director of Business Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing the College’s non-teaching operations, ensuring excellence across finance, administration, property and facilities, marketing, enrolments, information technology, and contracted services. Reporting directly to the Principal and working closely with the College Board, this position plays a critical role in delivering on the College’s strategic and 10-year business plans. Key to success will be your ability to: Provide visionary leadership and strategy within a complex organisational structure Transform operations and mindsets to deliver innovation and growth Drive financial and business improvements, governance, risk and compliance oversight Foster strong community and external partnerships Lead human resources, line management, and succession planning Guide marketing and enrolment strategies Manage multiple projects, including capital works, with excellence This position offers a significant opportunity to shape the future of our College while living and working in Darwin, one of Australia’s most vibrant and diverse communities.
