WHO YOU ARE You are a capable and motivated Site Supervisor with specialised experience in defence projects and a strong commitment to safety and quality. An experienced Site Supervisor with a proven track record in defence-related construction or high-security infrastructure projects. Proficient in managing daily site operations, subcontractors, and compliance with strict safety and quality standards. Holder of relevant trade qualifications or construction management credentials. Skilled in leading teams effectively in remote or regional environments across the Northern Territory. Knowledgeable about construction practices, occupational health and safety, and defence industry regulations. Strong communicator, highly organised, and confident in leadership. Applicants with DCAC will be given priority. WHAT YOU’LL DO Oversee and coordinate all site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets project specifications. Manage subcontractors and site personnel to maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity. Monitor project progress and liaise closely with project managers and clients to resolve issues promptly. Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety policies and defence industry regulations. Maintain accurate site records and reporting to support project management and compliance. Operate effectively within the unique challenges of remote or regional locations.
