About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated, friendly, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join their team. As part of the customer service team, you will be responsible for supporting residential builders, processing orders, managing service requests, and delivering exceptional service. You'll also interact directly with builders to resolve queries and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What's on Offer Casual ongoing role Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Location: Dandenong South Parking available onsite Hourly rate: $38 super Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer orders and enter details into the system Manage and track service requests Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently Support the Customer Service Manager and Team Leaders in delivering high-quality service Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach Schedule deliveries, services, and maintenance jobs Process quotes and orders with accuracy Manage a high volume of daily calls and emails What We're Looking For Previous experience in a customer service role (industry experience highly regarded) Strong computer literacy (SAP experience is an advantage, not essential) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Professional presentation and confidence in dealing with builders and supervisors Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn Resilience and commitment to growing into a long-term career How to Apply If you're looking for an exciting new opportunity with a supportive team and meet the above criteria, we'd love to hear from you.
