What You’ll Be Doing Identify and analyse business improvement opportunities through interviews, workshops, site visits, and data analysisEvaluate and interpret business needs, uncovering the true requirements behind user requestsProvide operational support for existing systems, including performance monitoring and issue resolutionLead cross-functional teams in process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiativesManage end-to-end business improvement projects, from planning to deliveryEducate teams on applying an improvement lens to daily work and project requestsEvaluate software solutions and system architecture to ensure alignment with business goalsFacilitate training workshops and embed a culture of change management and critical thinkingParticipate in system and acceptance testing What You’ll Bring Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement (ideally within construction)Strong analytical and product management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesKnowledge of SQL databases and experience writing stored proceduresSound financial acumen and ability to interpret numerical dataChange management experience or qualifications highly regardedUnderstanding of both IT and business strategyConstruction industry knowledge preferred but not essentialA collaborative, results-driven approach and the ability to build trust across teams Why Burbank?
