Your Opportunity Are you passionate about empowering young people and building strong community connections? We’re looking for a dedicated individual to coordinate the Young People’s Network (YPN) in Greater Western Sydney. This role also involves organizing and facilitating other relevant groups as needed, while actively engaging potential partners, stakeholders, and community groups to support and participate in the program. Key responsibilities will be to: Develop, organise, and facilitate groups as required Identify opportunities to refer clients to internal and external support services Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders and the community Support the development of informal support networks for parents Encourage and facilitate parent involvement in program planning and management Requirements for Success Relevant degree with at least 1 year of experience, or Associate Diploma with relevant experience Experience managing a caseload of complex clients Proven experience working with families with young children Demonstrated ability to develop, coordinate, and implement group programs and activities Strong written and verbal communication skills Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
