We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Burswood. This is a full-time, permanent position. Position Duties : The HR Advisor will be responsible for: Providing advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including drafting contracts and conducting inductions. Assisting with performance management, training, and workforce planning. Supporting managers with employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Ensuring compliance with Australian workplace legislation, awards, and agreements. Maintaining HR records and preparing reports as required. Contributing to HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organisational performance. Skills and Experience Required : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). At least 3 years of experience in a HR generalist or advisory role. Demonstrated knowledge of Australian workplace legislation, Fair Work requirements, and HR best practice. Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
