The Role As a Rehab Consultant, you’ll be the trusted guide helping people return to work after injury. · Support clients with empathy, listen deeply, guide clients through life-changing transitions. · Conduct meaningful assessments, focus on what matters most. · Build strong connections, with health professionals, employers, insurers, and more to create solutions that truly help. · Manage a diverse caseload including RTW plans, assessments, health coaching, and EAP services · Visit workplaces, understand the challenges, advocate for safer, more inclusive environments.
