Your new role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Nurse to join our Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation Team (MIRT), providing recovery-focused mental health care in the community. In this pivotal role, you will: Deliver advanced clinical care, planning, and coordination for consumers with complex mental health needs. Provide leadership, mentoring, and role modelling to nursing staff within the team. Support consumer recovery through development of independent living skills and community engagement. Contribute to education, research, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. About you: As the ideal candidate, you will be a committed and compassionate nurse with advanced clinical skills and a passion for recovery-focused care. You will demonstrate: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and relevant qualifications. Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in mental health nursing, including comprehensive assessment, care planning, and risk management.
