We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for an ongoing opportunity on a secure defence base . You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, equipment, and supplies, playing a critical role in supporting logistics operations on site. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts (predominantly counterbalance) to move, load, and unload materials Assist with warehouse duties including packing, stacking, and stock control Follow all safety protocols and comply with base access requirements Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance of forklifts Coordinate with logistics and site teams to meet daily operational needs Support general labouring or site duties as required Requirements Current and valid forklift licence Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehousing, industrial, or construction environment Australian Citizenship - due to defence site access requirements Ability to pass a National Police Check and obtain Defence Base clearance
