As a Strategy Analyst , you’ll play a key role in supporting the development of our enterprise and business unit strategies through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Strategy, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned across the organisation. Additionally, you will contribute to the Prudential Standard SPS 515 Member Outcomes Assessment and the Business Perforamnce report. Day to day, you'll: Analyse internal and external data to assess business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Assist in the development and refinement of strategic plans through data-driven recommendations. Provide practical recommendations to address straightforward business challenges. Conduct research to identify and benchmark global best practices in core capabilities. Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that summarise findings, insights, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Work across business units to gather relevant data, organise workshops, and ensure strategic alignment. Conduct scenario modelling to evaluate the potential impact of various strategic options and decisions. Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making. This role is available as a permanent/ full-time opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, or a business-related field. Experience in strategy development, finance, M&A or similar type role. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to convert data and information into insights and recommendations. Knowledge of the Australian superannuation system, dynamics and regulatory landscape. Strong written, presentation (PowerPoint), communication skills, including the ability to succinctly communicate key issues in a timely fashion.
