Join our Gepps Cross Retail Store, liaising directly with our customers to ensure that their products are ready for pick-up and loading on-time, every time. This is an ongoing, casual role (with the potential to go permanent), working across Monday to Saturday (with loading rates and potential for overtime ). RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and serving customers in our 'pick up' area, ensuring that orders are ready for collection. Load customer vehicles via forklift according to the safety guidelines. Move stock and finished goods around the store and surrounding environment safely. Picking, packing and scanning stock ready for pick-up. Liaise with other internal and external stakeholders to efficiently and effectively resolve any concerns raised by the customer. Assist the Retail Team with in-store duties as required. General housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy work environment. Strict adherence to critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment. ABOUT YOU Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, attitude and personality that sets you apart! Forklift licence or willingness to obtain. Previous experience within customer service and/or inventory management. Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace. Proven ability to provide solutions to enhance the customer's experience.
