About the Role As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse. From receiving and dispatching goods to maintaining stock accuracy and supporting logistics planning, this is a varied and hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities Safely receive, inspect, and store incoming goods Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory control Use ERP systems for receipting, dispatching, and transfers Support the Operations Manager with warehouse admin and reporting What You'll Bring Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Valid forklift licence (LF) - essential Strong communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Sound knowledge of WHS and QA principles Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Qualifications (Preferred but not essential) Certificate II or higher in Warehousing Operations Experience with warehouse management software About the Company Our client is a long-standing industrial organisation with a strong presence across Australia.
