The Role As Asset Manager, you will take ownership of the performance, positioning, and future growth of several key assets. Working closely with a senior stakeholder, your focus will be on: Strategic leasing : Driving leasing outcomes that enhance asset value and tenant mix Financial performance : Preparing and managing detailed budgets, forecasts, and capital plans Sustainability : Embedding ESG initiatives into the assets’ long-term strategy Market positioning : Enhancing the profile of the assets in line with current market demands Stakeholder engagement : Leading a tenant-centric approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences External team leadership : Managing a third-party property management team to ensure high standards of service and compliance About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: A proven track record in commercial property management and ready to step up Strong financial and analytical acumen , with confidence in budgeting and performance reporting A corporate, well-presented demeanour , with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A tenant-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value and positive experiences A degree likely in Commerce majoring in a property relevant area or similar A proactive and thorough approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and market relevance This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a respected senior leader and shape the direction of premier commercial assets in a supportive and dynamic environment.
