The Position Working in a heavily supported team within their residential division, you will manage an investment portfolio of properties of approx 120 x properties with a handful of owners. SUPPORT = shared PM admin, leasing agent, outsourced inspections & PCR's = minimal travel which allows flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week! Minimal travel for the property managers. The Candidate Completed your PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REGISTRATION Experience managing your own portfolio - or an experienced Assistant / Leasing Agent looking for your first, smaller portfolio.
