Within Regulatory Operations, the Compliance and Enforcement Branch is responsible for the delivery of compliance monitoring and enforcement of providers and workers in the NDIS. It applies a risk-responsive approach to its regulatory activities using proactive and reactive levers to ensure compliance, quality providers and workers and safeguarding of participants. It is responsible for leading investigations and taking appropriate and proportionate action in response to non-compliance. It has a key role in developing relationships with other regulators and enforcement agencies to ensure integrity and quality of the NDIS. Senior Intelligence Analysts acquire, evaluate, analyse and assess intelligence and produce actionable information for an organisation to support planning, operations and human resource functions. The key duties of the position include Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Collect and analyse data relevant to intelligence assignments Conduct intelligence projects, producing a range of high quality strategic, tactical and operational intelligence products informing and impacting decision-making for internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with other government agencies and partners, share information, produce briefing papers including recommendations to address quality and safeguarding risks, scheme sustainability issues, and policy development. Maintain purposeful, proactive and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including promoting the work of the Team, Branch and Regulatory Operations Division. Mentor and support developing analysts Contribute to the planning and monitoring of work processes for the team. Provide advice and support the development of risk assessment tools and frameworks.
