You'll be working closely with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders, so strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are a must. Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend solutions . Take ownership of frontend architecture decisions and implementation strategies. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Advocate for & implement modern best practices across code, tooling, and deployment. Translate business needs into technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders. Champion testing, documentation, and clean code principles. Stay on top of the latest trends in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend development.
