The Client Perth Furniture & Fun is a Western Australian retailer specialising in quality indoor and outdoor furniture. The company serves both residential and commercial customers across WA. They are now looking to hire a motivated individual to join their successful team as an ICT Project Manager. The Role This is a full time role with an annual salary is set between $90,000 plus superannuation. The role will be based at their office in Midvale, Western Australia. The Responsibilities Some tasks may include Manage end-to-end ICT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, contractors, and technology partners. Oversee the implementation of ERP, CRM, POS, and e-commerce systems to support business growth. Ensure system integrations between retail, warehouse, logistics, and finance platforms run efficiently. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Identify and resolve ICT-related risks, issues, and dependencies throughout project lifecycles. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service delivery. Ensure ICT projects comply with cyber security, data privacy, and industry best practices. Conduct post-implementation reviews and measure project outcomes against KPIs. Prepare detailed project documentation, including business cases, test plans, and user manuals. Oversee change management, including staff training and adoption of new systems. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ICT operations and project delivery. The Requirements: At least Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field. At least 3 years' experience managing large-scale ICT projects. At least 3 years' experience in ERP/CRM/e-commerce system rollouts. At least 3 years' experience in ICT project governance, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies. At least 3 years' experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple business units. At least 3 years' experience managing complex system integrations (ERP, warehouse systems, logistics tracking, POS, e-commerce platforms). At least 3 years' experience in digital transformation projects, including cloud migrations, automation, and analytics platforms Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery.
