The purpose of the Senior Manager, Listings and Listed Company Services role is to lead ASX’s Listed Company Services function and support new listings growth. Balance relationship management, advocacy, and value-added service delivery for existing issuers with listings business development and market promotion. You will foster external relationships with listed companies, investors and financial intermediaries and build and maintain strong relationships internally with Marketing, Compliance, Markets, Comms, Legal and Risk. Your Team The Listings business is responsible for attracting and retaining listed equity, debt and investment products, including developing and executing the overarching ASX Listings strategy. Your responsibilities As a People Leader at ASX, you will not only be responsible for the core duties outlined below, but also for providing leadership, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and accountability (as articulated in our Leadership Principles). Listed Company Services (75%) Promote ASX as an attractive listing venue and leading exchange in supporting and nurturing listed companies. Enhance the experience of ASX-listed companies through investor access, education, equity research and networking programs. Grow and maintain listed company relationships and represent their interests in listing and capital raising related matters. Provide thought leadership on listings best practice and ongoing improvements to the listed market. Contribute to crafting and executing the ASX Listings strategy. Represent ASX as a presenter and exhibiter at conferences and trade shows. Perform business management activities including board reporting, budget management and people leadership. New Listings (25%) Actively engage with company founders, private equity and venture capital investors, senior corporate executives and their advisers to develop their understanding of the benefits, requirements, and process of listing. Develop relationships with key influencers such as investment banks, brokers, accounting, legal and corporate advisory firms, to foster and facilitate new listings business. Your experience and qualifications Must have Strong experience in financial markets. Demonstrated relationship management, business development and presentation skills. Experience dealing with C-level executives. Experience in leading and managing teams. Understanding of the listing requirements and regulatory framework for listed companies. Tertiary qualification in finance, business or law. Nice to have Experience in investor relations, equity capital markets, funds management or broking. MBA or equivalent qualification.
