About the role This role contributes to the success of the City by greeting and directing customers, processing payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow at the waste station. This role support high-quality customer service and contributes to the smooth daily operations of the site. Role accountabilities include: Provide clear guidance to customers to ensure efficient and safe use of the Waste Management Centre. Accurately process electronic transactions and maintain timely and precise records. Reconcile daily takings and liaise with Finance Services for invoicing requirements.
