Lead business analysis for ERP implementations with a strong focus on HCM modules . Translate strategic HR and operational goals into functional and technical requirements . Facilitate workshops across HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams. Design and document HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and workforce scheduling . Partner with implementation teams to define award interpretation and pay rules . Support system configuration, testing, and change management activities . Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to align with business needs. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery of projects. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the HR / P&C domain . Hands-on expertise in ERP systems (preferably HCM modules) . Strong understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Workforce Management). Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management . Experience in ERP implementation projects (configuration, UAT, and go-live support). Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
