Great opportunity to join on a full time, 12 – month Fixed-Term contract as an Accountant in the Property Finance team focusing on Office portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and technical accounting skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and a proactive mindset to support the Office sector portfolio. The Opportunity Support Office Sector team in end-to-end portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and asset planning processes, delivering best-practice modelling and reporting across income, capital, leasing, and valuations. Business partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide end-to-end knowledge and translate financial and leasing metrics into meaningful insights to improve quality of business decision. Oversee financials and reporting of a portfolio of office assets delivered by outsourced providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support review of property returns by inputting and reviewing forecast assumptions against external valuer’s report assumptions, ensuring accuracy in underlying forecast models for growth rates, longer term forecast assumptions Drive continuous improvement initiatives across platform wide processes and reporting as well as support property transaction activities (disposals/ acquisitions). Ensure high-quality reporting to co-owners and stakeholders, maintaining strong governance and transparency. About You Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, Property, or Land Economics. CA or CPA qualified. 3–5 years’ experience in financial or management accounting. Proficiency in Yardi and TM1 is highly regarded. Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build and interpret financial models. Proven experience managing a diverse range of stakeholders and service partners. Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proactive and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication skills, able to present financial outcomes clearly and concisely. Strong business partnering skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
