With revenues of ~$130m and significant growth ambitions, they are now seeking a commercially minded Head of Supply Chain / Procurement to lead and transform their end-to-end supply chain strategy. The Opportunity This is a pivotal, Perth-based role reporting directly to the C-Suite. You’ll lead a team of up to 6 while taking ownership of procurement and supply chain across the business. Beyond managing day-to-day activities, you’ll have the mandate to: Drive procurement strategy, value creation and supplier performance. Build a best-in-class supply chain function that adds measurable GP value. Transition subcontractor management back into Supply Chain to unlock efficiencies. Lead the development of materials sourcing (including steel), ensuring competitive pricing and reliable supply. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a senior leader who can bring both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. To thrive in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in supply chain and procurement leadership. Strong background in large-scale materials procurement — exposure to metals, construction products, or heavy manufacturing will be highly regarded.
