What you’ll be doing: Assisting customers with their health and product needs Liaising with patients and doctors’ clinics Managing patient bookings and administration Supporting ongoing patient care and monitoring Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions Assisting with stock control, ordering and presentation Helping patients trial and understand CPAP equipment Maintaining and cleaning CPAP machines after trials Supporting sleep data analysis and sales of CPAP machines, masks, and accessories What we’re looking for: A caring, customer-first attitude Excellent communication and telephone skills Professional, organised and detail-oriented Computer literate and confident learning new systems A reliable team player who can also work independently Experience with CPAP therapy (not essential, but a bonus!)
