Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hostel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Supervising front desk and reservation staff Ensuring excellent customer service Handling complaints and feedback Managing housekeeping and maintenance schedules Ensuring standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety Recruiting, training, and supervising staff Managing payroll and performance reviews Budgeting and financial reporting Controlling expenses and overseeing invoicing Managing supplies and inventory Implementing marketing strategies Coordinating with booking platforms and travel agencies Ensuring adherence to licensing laws, health & safety, and workplace regulations Managing risk and emergency procedures Liaising with contractors for repairs and maintenance Ensuring security systems are functional Skills and Experience Required: To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of experience in accommodation or hospitality management Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven ability to lead a small team Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office Education Requirements: A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred.
